Version: iTunes for Windows 6
"Its about average"
Pros: You can transfer media to your ipod.
Cons: Although you can transfer media to your ipod, you cannot do it on the fly. You have to reconnect the ipod everytime you want it to update. I would much rather prefer Yamipod.

You can right click on your iPod in the "Source" window of iTunes and select "Update." It's not exactly on-the-fly, but you don't have to unplug and reconnect your iPod every time.
