"Bad news - loses library and playlists, now can't mount iPod disk"

4.9 library format is different from 4.8, so it loses track of where your music library is. I recovered by importing everything, but lost all playlists including "purchased music" from the store, lost play counts, lost ratings, and now I can't get my iPod to mount as a disk - iTunes says it can't find it, although it's available for music sync.
The worst experience I've ever had with Apple, almost makes me feel like I'm running Windows.

"annoying "movie file missing" msg"

"movie file missing" msgs pop up continuously which stop the itunes from continuously playing. have to press "cancel" every time. the whole cycle starts again after one or two mins. very annoying. anyone knows how to fix this?

Continually get a video error message that stops the itunes selection playing and continues to require cancel before itunes will continue playing. This was not found on any previous versions and is very annoying.

This product will help others have music where they want it when they want it. This program will help me and my friends. I will use this everyday and I hope it will last forever.

Good selection and is easy to use when errors don't stop you.
Cons
Although I did not like the last iTunes this new update is worse. I was prevented from download two already purchased songs because of a error -50, I check with other users and they were having the same problem. Apple haaad no answers and it seemed that the only way to get around it was to refresh untill you could do it, I did this 103 times before I could download my songs.

Only problems I see is so far is when you want to sample the music you can't. Also, if you purchase the music and while downloading you will get a (-50) error. Sometime it will take several times trying to download the music. Or what will happen is that it will take your money and you don't get the song.
