Pros
I was so glad that I was able to save my music that I download from my cd's.
Cons
When I clicked not to select it so it wouldn't go to my library it still download the songs that I didn't want.

It is fairly easy and effective to share files among computers
Cons
1. The program is very slow to install and start up.
2. Doesn't allow you to convert protected files to mp3 format.Summary
It is useful, but I was disappointed as it didn't do what I needed. To transfer the tracks to my generic mp3 player I needed to convert them to mp3 format. This software didn't allow me to do that, or to remove the protection to allow iTunes to do that. Was a bit of a waste of time for me.

ITS REALLY A GOOD SOFTWARE FOR TRANSFERRING SONGS FROM IPOD TO PC OR PC TO IPOD.
Cons
SPEED IS SLOW SHOULD BE MUCH FASTER.

You have to have i-tunes to even open this program. If the program doesn't find an i-tunes library, it closes.
