"Works as advertised"
Version: iSync plugins 7.1.2.7
Pros
Allows iSync to work with the Samsung Rugby II
Cons
Can't think of any cons
Summary
A couple weeks ago I bought a Samsung Rugby II phone and downloaded this plugin. However, it only supported the original Rugby. I contacted support and was given a full refund. A few days later their developer sent a newer version to test and it worked great. Now iSync identifies my camera and I can import all contacts with ease. Now that is good customer service.

"These guys are great!"

My Razr V3xx is supposedly supported by iSync, but I couldn't get it to work. It was identified as "unsupported" because AT&T tweaked the identifying name (they called it a V3xxR). I searched the web and couldn't find a plugin that worked. AT&T couldn't help me. Several vendors suggested that their software would work fine with my new phone if I had a PC (thanks).
When I contacted Nova Media, they sent me a Mac utility that read my phone and created a profile document that I sent back to them. They said the V3xx IS supported and all I needed was to add the V3xxR identifying name to my hardware list in iSync. They even sent me a small Mac utility to make the change for me. Now it works beautifully!
My thanks to the folks at Nova Media. They didn't actually send me a new plugin, they just fixed the one I had (that should have worked). They did it for me in just two email exchanges in less than a week when I had struggled for months with several other vendors. I recommend the company highly for understanding their product and for providing superior support.

"Backwards Step in user experience"
Version: iSync plugins 7.0
Summary

The v6 Product was seamless and transparent!
the v7 product has introduced a control panel interface which allows up-to 2 phones but it is impossible to change a plugin once selected (people change phones occasionally!) and it is no longer a transparent interface. You have to add the new phone as a second one and then you can no longer do any changes as once a phone is added it cannot be removed..
serious bug here
KEEP the 6.x version if you can until they fix this especially if you use 2 phones and change them regularly.
