"Works OK, but doesn't convert narration as advertised"

Summary
iSpring Free seems to work OK for PowerPoint files without narration. However, when I tried to convert a file that included audio narration, it produced an error (even though the iSpring website clearly states that the Free version supports conversion of audio narration and WAV files). And then when I took the time to send the company the error message, their support email address bounced!

The software loaded and operates with 1 button simplicity from within PowerPoint. It took a complex slideshow with multiple screen effects and transitions and music and translated very effectilvey
Cons
It did not recognize unusual fonts I used for animation sequences. I had to replace them with common fonts to get them to appear.

Pros
Handles audio wonderfully, very easy to implement...what's there to say except that it does exactly what it purports to do and the result is of excellent quality. I am very glad that I have discovered this application.
Cons
No cons at all yet...I've used this several times with complete success.

No "iSpringFree" tab appears anywhere in any pull-down
or menu anywhere in PowerPoint, so product is
unusable.
Honestly, stop all this massive integration nonsense.

Pros
of the many evaluated iSpring was the first and only program I evaluated that would truly convert the powerpoint and maintain all of the features. I never found ANY OTHER program that would convert to a single flash (.swf) file! This one does!
Cons
Russian development? i think so. Always have the concern of malware embeeded in there somewhere, but I ended up paying $199 for the iSpring Pro package, not cheap so better not have any weird things happen!

Pros
After converting a folder full of digital pics to a power point album/pps at the click of a button, I then clicked on this FlashSpring converter and in just a few seconds I had a great swf file.
It reduced the file size from 14MB to 3MB.
I am very pleased with this tool. I am using the Lite version.
