iScreensaver Designer is a cross-platform screensaver maker. The editor runs on either Mac or Windows and makes screensavers for both Macintosh and Windows. Use any QuickTime-compatible movie or picture (including MPEG, MOOV, AVI, Macromedia Flash, PICT, JPEG, TIFF, and BMP files) and build a self-contained screensaver with a one-click installer. Include slide shows, movies, and full customization such as links to your Web site. Version 3.4 includes Universal Binary support for screensavers on Mac OS X, numerous performance enhancements and bug-fixes.

Version: iScreensaver Designer 3.4

"Fair..ishly poor"

Pros: Well...the programming is ok allowing you to somewhat create your own screensaver. The graphics capabilities are minimal...most of the features are just like powerpoint slideshows.

Cons: Hard to use, few features available in the free trial. Costs $29 to pay for more of nothing.

"Just quite good"

Pros: it's compatible with quicktime but the features are not excellent
