Not sure why, it seemed like a reputable product, however no results.
Problem has been resolved by support, even if it was three days later. Happy customer, lets hope it works as well as it should.

It crashed as I tried to enter my registration info.... then it scrambled my iPod. 5,000+ songs, gone. I hate these bums.

A large music library takes a while to build. Make sure you have enough memory
or drive space for this new library!Summary
Bottom Line: IT DOES WHAT IT SHOULD DO with a minimum of fuss. In auto mode,
it is hands-free operation. (Did not use MANUAL mode yet.) -
