This program was simple and easy to use to backup your IPOD data
Cons
The backup saves files with a filename that is not recognizable by just looking at the directory of backed up files. However, ITunes imported the data fine.

It just takes a few seconds to get all of your music and their file names into your computer, I just got it ...but I love it so far! Thanks to whoever made it FREE!!

Very simple to use and much easier to back up entire Ipod. This was a much faster way for backing up rather than using the cumbersome ITunes application. Worked well.

None that I could think of. It performed the job that I was expecting it to do.

Easy to use. Worked flawlessly.
Cons
The program saved all of the files and named them as they were titled on my iPod, that is, as a four letter code. While iTunes reads the ID3 tag when the songs are added to iTunes, it would be helpful if it read the tags and changed the file name accordingly to make it easier to organize My Music folder.
