Pros
Everything you need...all in one crisp and efficient package. iDo has it all (budget, vendor, gifts, RSVPs, contacts, attendees...just to name a few). All with an incredibly intuitive and easy navigation.
We especially liked the ability to track our invitations, track our budget, as well as design our personalized seating chart.
The reporting and printing functionality are also top-notch.
iDo truly has it all. It takes the stress and frustration out of wedding planning. We highly recommend it to any wedding couple.

Nothing you can't do with a tablet and pen. You have to be a complete ignoramous to NEED this software.
Cons
I bought this utility and no more than a month later I find they took my address book and invites list and resold it.

Incredibly useful product that makes it very easy to stay organized. Thinks of all the details so you don't have to.
I had one small tech support question and received an email response from the software company's owner within hours. Try that with Microsoft and Excel!

"The best program I could find"

Summary
I have looked high and low for a good program, this one looks professional and it functions great! The only thing that is missing is a way to specify head table seating (usually the long table) in the table lay out and in the contacts and invitations you can't add the head of household and then the rest of the family as additional guests. For example, if you wanted to invite Mr and Mrs. Jones and their 8 children you have to create a seperate listing for all of them and this makes it difficult to get a snapshot of how many invitations to order.

Summary
I've tried at least 4 other programs and this is the best I found. I would pay the price even for just one use. The only feature I would add is a place to put in flower and decorations in there own category...but you can put that info in the vendor notes.

Really looks great and easy to use. I especially like the icons and the various tracking systems. I also like that I can manage my budget and print out the information I need. This saves us alot of time by having all our wedding info in one place.
