Canon Puts Efficiency On PressiChatViewer specifications

- Basic "search through" capability (since it searches the raw files, which contain words that aren't displayed, some searches may show all logs)
- You can now double-click a buddy to open all of a buddy's logs (you can also double-click a log to open it)
- Scroll-wheel support
- If iChatViewer cannot find the iChats folder (for example, on a non-English localized system), the user can select an alternate iChats folder.
- Preferences now stick.
- Squashed a scroll-bar display bug.
- The window can't be resized smaller than a certain size.
