    "Terrible Business"

    September 20, 2013  |   By cakelley

    Version: iCall 7.1.521

    Pros

    Free 5 minute call

    Cons

    Bad business practices

    Summary

When upgrading you may receive an error when in fact the only error is it will process your payment & not allow you the service you paid for. When doing a support ticket, they respond with processing your refund when in fact they do not.. NO FOLLOW THROUGH.. They will take your money & run.. Bad contact #, no return calls, no more responses on open support ticket. When turned into BBB, Arlo Gilbert's response, "Too Bad, So Sad"! Do not use their services!!

    "Rip off scam"

    February 24, 2013  |   By Scootercarnie

    Version: iCall 7.1.521

    Pros

The audio quality is good for the few minutes the service actually works

    Cons

If you try to buy the premium service they will just rip you off and you will never see your money again

    Summary

There are many reputable voip services out there with proven track records. Take mine and the many others experiences to heart and stay as far away from this thieving company as you can.

    "it's a scam"

    January 19, 2013  |   By jinstin

    Version: iCall 7.1.521

    Pros

    there are no pros

    Cons

    just about everything

    Summary

I tried to buy $10 of credit from them. I typed in my credit card details and got a message saying that the transaction failed. Then I checked my credit card balance and was surprised to find that they charged me for $10. I contacted them four times and they have not yet respond. This company is a scam.

"iCall gives free OUTBOUND ONLY calls; Thank you!"

    November 6, 2012  |   By fujitsulover

    Version: iCall 7.1.521

    Pros

If you are looking for a way to connect with love ones in an emergency and you cell-phone is down, then iCall is one alternative. It does not require much of a setup since it does not depend on having a phone at all. Jesus Christ! If it were not for the fact that I needed a free number to get a return call from mom, it would be perfect! Still, THANK YOU iCall!!!!!!!!!! Free is free.. you cannot beat that especially when you are disabled and have no way of earning a living. Every bit helps. Thank you again.

    Cons

The only complaint I would have to say is that you have to pay for an inbound number for someone to call you back.

    Summary

In summary, Jesus Christ has led me to some great companies that offer free services for me#!! $5 a month may not seem like a lot to most, and every penny counts in my situation.

    "Great, if you like ads!"

    September 4, 2012  |   By Phendraana

    Version: iCall 7.1.521

    Pros

    None anymore

    Cons

limits call times, disconnects randomly, takes up call time with ads

    Summary

This used to be a great little program, but now all it does is make you listen to ads for the first 30 seconds of your call & then disconnect. Oh, and now there's a 5 minute call limit. Not even worth it, just use skype.

"Used to like, now comes with browser hijacker"

    September 1, 2012  |   By hodadmcrasta

    Version: iCall 7.1.521

    Pros

Easy to use, works well for calls.

    Cons

Though this wasn't always the case, it now comes with a browser hijacker called "Snap Do" that takes over Firefox and IE. Pain in the arse.
