    "Overpriced, Overcomplicated, Many Unhappy Customers"

    March 17, 2013   |   By Real_Home_User

    Version: iBlacklist 1.0

    Pros

Blocks unwanted calls and texts. Lots of options.

    Cons

It requires a jailbreak. This feature should have been included in iOS years ago. WAKE UP APPLE!!!
Much more complicated than necessary. Confusing warnings about settings.
Difficult to know whether it's configured properly. No documentation I could find.
I'm a retired system and data analyst accustomed to complexity, and I wasn't sure I had everything set up properly. (It's written by someone with a very poor understanding of English.)
$12 would be considered pricey for even an outstanding product, which this one clearly isn't.
Many complaints by many people online about terrible customer service. Several people pleaded with potential customers to not use this product. This was the last straw for me.

    Summary

There are other options available, some even free which work fine. I myself decided to go with Call Blocker for 99¢. Also available elsewhere for free, but I believe developers are entities to be paid when they do valuable work.

Based upon all the negative comments on various message boards, I don't want to pay $12 for a product I may be sorry for later.
