"Could be good?"

Pros
See a list of albums with small pictures by each that have artwork.
Can see what you still have to get in an organized view.
Little bit it worked it seemed great & would have been very simple.Cons
Says "service is down try later" almost all the time, but only after it loads for 2 minutes & then says it will try to fill in missing artwork.
Support doesn't respond.
No help menus or setup menus, which might be just fine if it worked.Summary
Get some support set up & find a way to keep it in service & some help menus if needed. Could be a good product. Still really surprised I tunes hasn't come up with their own app. or others, but until they do something like this may have to do?

Pros
Where iTunes fails to find album art, iArtwork will find it. Many times ripped album information is not exactly as iTunes likes it, iArtwork will find the closest match from different sources.
Cons
I am using Windows 7 and cannot use the automated mode, I must find and update iTunes with no more than 10 albums at a time. Loading takes a long time. Crashes. No options, must scroll through thousands of albums to find the one that needs updating.
Summary
Although iArtwork does download and update the MP3 tags it is not without issues. If you can tolerate a program that appears to be in development stages and not ready for release to the general public, this program is for you. I cannot say that it works any better or worse than open source or freeware, but that is only because I did not try too many others. It does find most artwork that iTunes does not find. However, the load time and the manual time to update my collection is very intensive.
As a programmer I would not release this software and wish that I could have the source code to make a program that has potential a great program that will be useful to the general public. Please wait for the next version (I am on 1.4) to see if the bugs are worked out.
I did email their support team and was told the issue of crashing was due to symbols in the tags and that a new version was coming. I am waiting and once I see if it is available I will try it (right now their website is down).
I do not want to discourage the developers of iArtwork, there is great potential, but it is not ready for release and should not charge for it at this time. The fee is modest, but the product does not work as advertised and will crash without notification and needs some additional thinking for options and features. Even a version number or help box to go to the website would be very nice.
