"If this is not easy for you, nothing is!"
Pros: Bottom line, it works great! If it failed for you, then tough luck. I am using a Razr v3 and simple USB. Nothing fancy but it works.
Cons: Not fancy but who cares when numbers can be saved.
Summary: My Razr v3 went dark. The screen is blank but phone is working. However, I can't see numbers e.t.c. So I downloaded this and in less than a minute, I had my precious numbers from both sim card and phone on the desktop. To top it all, pictures, calendar, sms, e.t.c. were on my desktop. I have spent years looking for something like this for my cheap phone and I finally found it. I wish I had it earlier when my other phone died! It is nothing fancy but it has saved me from loss of numbers I have spent five years collecting. Now I just have to figure out everything but I will buy the software. By the way, I am using Vista.
