Doesn't work with Epson Sylus color 777 but previous version 4.2 worked well. I have Ghostscript installed too.
On the old mac (system 7) you were able to print ranges of pages in reverse.
Like Page 42 to Page 10.
I wish somebody would include this in a printer driver for OSX!!! It is often very useful printing reports etc. -

I thought that our Epson 1520s were relegated to being hi-tech door stops until I installed GimpPrint.
You have to be aware of installation particulars - but that is why there are FAQs and instructions - RTFM.
GimpPrint converted me from an OpenSource supporter to an advocate. -

Gimp Print saved my butt from the false advertising right on the box of the 2200. Epson states that the 2200 is compatible with OS X, until you read the manual that is. The box should state "barely compatible" with OS X. Was about to return my 2200 when i tried Gimp print. It ain't no gimp, it works beautifully, at least after a few prints. Got borderless printing, accurately sized prints, beautiful quality (I do not even know how the Epson drivers were yielding such poor quality photos).
Shame on Epson. -

I'm amazed of the print quality I get from my Epson Stylus 900N and Stylus 2500.
Shame on Epson for not being able to provide a decent Printer driver for OSX.
I get far superior quality from Gimp Print -

I have an Epson SS 2500, which, I believe, STILL has no OS X drivers. But with Gimp Print, I am able to use it. It has proved itself time and time again, and I am very glad it exists. -

The previous versions worked great, and without gimp-print one cannot print from OpenOffice.org. However the download script seems corrupted (or is it the new and less attractive Versiontracker's fault?) and neither Mozilla, nor Safari start the download.
Anyone else got it?
