  With a text file open, hex editing was not enabled. No good to me.

  The program is based on newest Richedit and requires it. It has only a few features extra than standard Wordpad, or other Wordpad/Notepad replacements.

  I've got my background set at Green and foreground Cyan. <p> Really cuts out the confusion if you are working between another open Notepad file.

  It's so great! It's simple and easy to use, and it's a WHOLE lot better than notepad! It doesn't even take a quarter of a mega-byte! It's the greatest!

  At just under 100k, It has to be the smallest notepad replacement software. It might be small in size, but not in features. It can handle large files, and offers extensive keyboard shortcuts. To close the application, simply hit the "Escape" key. To change fonts, hit Alt + 1, 2. It's right up there with my other favorite, Metapad.
