Version: eZee FrontDesk Hotel Software 5.2
"Don't deal with this people."
Pros: Before sale they will talk to you like god once they get money then after who you are and who I am. I just throw away my money. I felt like they WANT TO DO BUSINESS ONLY ONE TIME.
Cons: Software has lot of bugs, before purchase they will commit you everything whatever you say and then after they will put you under dustbin. Whole software is complete rubbish. It's totally fake software. Don't go to text they mention on website.
Summary: I had very bad experience with this people and I throw away my 3 property money. If there is any way to complain at somewhere then first thing I would ban this people. They make me fool. There are lot of things mention on their website and I get into it and at last I lost my money. I took 3 licenses from them and they are not giving any kind of support, and now if I ask something they are talking to very rudely and saying me do whatever I want to do. They don't have even manners to talk to customer. Same kind of things they are doing with other people. Never deal with this people.
