"Very very easy to use - value for money"
Pros: I tried around 3 software from download.com for manging my hotel. Finally settled with ezee. Very very easy to use, integrated features and excelent support. Must try this if you are looking for a serious hotel management software. Good sensible reports make life easy.
Cons: 1. The download size is very huge.
2. Requires high system configuration.
3. Advanced features are tough to understand without training.
4. Doesnt have their own call accounting feature. Have to go with specialied third party s/w and then go for integration.

"Real steal deal - Best Arabic language hotel software"
Pros: This is the only international standard software I come across which is avaialbe in Arabic. All the other local ones are just no way near to this. As my staff knows only arabic this software has come like a boon to us. Thank you ezee.
Cons: Download Size - Its very very huge.
Changing the Default Language to Arabic. I missed the language selection during the setup, and once the setup was done there was no way to change the language. I had to reinstall the software.Summary: If you are need Arabic language hotel managment, then there is no other which comes near to this. Its real international standard software with a huge range of software. The price was just a breeze too. read more

"resonably good product, excellent customer support"
Pros: Very easy to use product, none can beat in this. extensive features. the main screen is awsome. liked the remote anywhere module where by i can check my hotels health from my cell phone. I went for it and am happy with the support
Cons: Bit costly for a small property like mine. many advanced features, which can be used by bigger properties i guess.
Summary: Do spend some time on research of the s/w before you conclude any. read more

"Don't deal with this people."
Pros: Before sale they will talk to you like god once they get money then after who you are and who I am. I just throw away my money. I felt like they WANT TO DO BUSINESS ONLY ONE TIME.
Cons: Software has lot of bugs, before purchase they will commit you everything whatever you say and then after they will put you under dustbin. Whole software is complete rubbish. It's totally fake software. Don't go to text they mention on website.
Summary: I had very bad experience with this people and I throw away my 3 property money. If there is any way to complain at somewhere then first thing I would ban this people. They make me fool. There are lot of things mention on their website and I get into... read more
