This programs offers the perfect solution for anyone looking for a simple and straight forward image or document handling program. This program has by far the most intuitive and user friendly interface of any document or picture organizing software I've found. I use the software for organizing .pdf files at the office and photos at home. The software does not have any cumbersome customizing features, it does exactly what they designed it for and nothing more. The cataloging (label) feature is just awesome, I have my photos cataloged by year. All you do is check the year and the program will bring all my photos from that year into the preview window. Then I just simply view the resizable thumbnails, select the photo and view it, print it, edit it with photoshop or email it....all from this software. I also like the fact that the software does not disturb the orginal file.

"Novel Idea - but BIG file sizes"

The functions of the program are very easy. Scan, edit, save, and then label - next document. Easy to create personalized labels. Great search capabilities. Seems wonderful and easy to install.
Cons
HUGE file sizes. Each scan creates a file within the edoc organizer and those (for a 2 page document was 3k) were too big. I want to go paperless and imagining the amount of memory that would be consumed is too much. Installation took a LONG time!
Summary
Great fit for someone who only has a few things or a dedicated storage capacity for the files....great interface with easy use - a child could do it. The installation installs two other microsoft components and takes a LONG time.

Summary
Finaly THE software that I was waiting for! This software is quite simple but it does exactly what it is suppose to do, and it does it very well. If you're a fan of Photoshop elements, you'll just love this software to manage all your electronic documents. I've been scanning all my documents for years and never found a software like this one to manage easily all those files. The concept is simple: you import, or scan, directly your document into the software and tag your documents (as much tags as you want) with your personnal tags that have previously configure into the software. Once your documents are "tag", you can easily put filter (base on your tags) to search the documents you are looking for. Thanks to the author.

"Finally an easy to use paperless system"

I love the GUI, and it's quick and easy. Scanning works good. Let's me access the scanner driver directly.

It works fine for me, just the way it is.
