    "GARBAGE! Lost functionality to ads"

    Pros

    There was nothing I liked about the current product. The old one was ok, but the new is garbage. I will no longer use it.

    Cons

    Ads actually cover your contacts. You can't move or close them. Can't get to contacts because ad is in the way. Even if you read the damn thing, it won't go away.

    Summary

    WASTE OF TIME. Ebuddy used to be pretty good. Now it sucks. They have advertisements on the right side that I don't mind too much but now they actually cover your contacts with an ad that you can't even close!
    I wouldn't recommend giving them any feedback either because they arrogantly force you to categorize your feedback into one of several bins and there's nothing about this ad -they simply don't care and don't want to hear about it. ..and there's no place to write anything in. Screw-em. Almost every messenger service also has a "web" version and you can just use that.
