"program is a nightmare"

I downloaded the free trial and found it wouldn't work at all, it is still on my system, I can't stop it, I have emailed their support, I have written them letters, they won't answer.

Detected by simple Adware detectors and anti-virus programs. Does NOT record incoming side of Chats, No support.

This WAS a nice product. Purchased it a couple of years ago. But recently, its been discovered and removed by our Free Anitvirus/Spyware program. It also failed to record the incoming part of a Chat conversation with the latest version of AIM (it used to work, but doesnt any longer). Even to just view the logs, you have to disable your antivirus program before you can open the log viewer. Downloading the latest version of E-Surv doesnt help. They never answer thier email...not even an automated respose. Too bad, it was a nice program while it lasted. But not worth it now. I guess they just gave up.

After purchasing the downloadable E-SURVEILLER software, I CAN NOT find web site that not giving my computer viruses. There are 2 sites that I have tried (1) CLNET.COM and (2) WINSITE.COM. They are a direct link from E-SURVEILLER
Summary
I have WEBROOT SPYSWEEPER ANTIVIRUS AND FIREWALL.
Here are the massages from antivirus from each site.
From CLNET.COM - very high risk "TROJ/AAV-A" trying to install itself. Note, I specify to save the the program to file - not to run the program.
From WINSITE.COM - site is known for MALWARE and it tries to install DL.FILEKICKER.COM
So I try the phone number (817-353-7297) at E-SURVEILLER website to get help. A gentlemen name Kevin said he could not help me since I did not purchase the software directly from DIGITAL RIVER and I have to call PLIMUS to get help. I was so confuse. I purchase software from E-SURVEILLER website and my credit card being charge by PLIMUS and technical support from DIGITAL RIVER ? so who is E-SURVEILLER and why digital river phone number is listed.
After speaking to PLIMUS, cost. serv. willing to refund mymoney if problem not resolved. By the way DIGITAL RIVER is other retailer according to PLIMUS.
I am asking website without virus or malware, or send me the program file via e-mail.
