Version: e-PDF To Word Converter 2.5
"Hope their professional edition is better than their trial edition."
Pros: Did not get around to finding anything good.
Cons: Did a bad job of translating a text-only PDF file.

Version: e-PDF To Word Converter 2.5
Pros: 1) Simple interface. 2)Can convert .pdf to .doc in batches. 3) Lets you select what pages you want converted. 4)It converted a copy-protected .pdf (yes!). 5)Trial version lets you "try" 100 times. 6)Tables, spacing and font size were almost perfect (admittedly, I was converting a relatively simple, black and white document).
Cons: 1)Prompts you to buy the product at least twice (during Trial version). 2)Trial version only converts two pages of a document at a time. 3)Didn't convert all the formatting correctly; ommitted some bullets and picked the wrong font for text that was bolded. That was easy enough to fix though.

Pros: None that I could see. Didn't work as advertised.
Cons: - Did no character conversion of the test PDF file. Simply created images of the pages in word. Useless.
- Only allows conversion of 2 pages. This is the biggest downside of CNET -- they don't require "free" versions to state their limitations.
