Version: dBpoweramp Music Converter 13.3
"dbpoweramp music converter crashed - can't install"
Pros: need to convert mpga ringtone files. don't want to download from malware codec sites.
Cons: download went fine. ran installer and a dos command line window popped up and crapped out. can't install program. looked for partial install on system - nothing there.
Summary: executable doesn't seem to be corrupted but installer crashed and you can't install the product right out of the box.
anyone else have this problem? running xpsp3 with all patches.
