Interface is easy to use, popups keep you from doing anything stupid, and the results are absolutely top-notch. I don't think anyone would need any other ripper or converter for home-based audio work.

If you spend any amount of time dealing with audio files, you know how lame (pun intended) most programs for ripping, encoding, and so on can be. This one ain't. Download this and you can stop looking. You'll probably like it so much that you'll be happy to eventually send them the measly $14 they ask for. That said, this is freeware; the 14 bucks will keep the additional bells and whistles, as well as the lightning speed, going. Try this.
