"Use can get your facebook acount locked up"
Version: Zynga
Pros
Seams like fun games at first easy and interective
Cons
Need a workhourse system to run games at higher levels, but hte big one is to complete higher goals you need freinds, unfortunely most of yours don't play, so you sign up off forums. Now problem is facebook does a lockout and ask you to identify, opps
Summary
What seam fun at first will evently slow and crash machine, you have to resort to cleaning out browser cache but sometimes that doesn't help. But the biggest pain is when you get a security lockup from facebook and face book ask :"who is this" and show a picture of someone you do not know. Opps you are now PERMENTALY locked out facebook. Oh you could try helplines, oops facebook lockout catch22 can't get help and zygna no longer answers the line.
I fyou need to get your fill of such games try somethoing fromthe SIMS series at leat they work , don't crash and lock you out from you real frreinds.

Summary

"A rapidley growing two year old."
Version: Zynga
Pros
I love the idea of free gaming. I'm old school, back from the days when the only great programs where shareware and freeware. The company makes money on advertising and on "micro-transactions", and I've heard it could be worth an estimated 18 billion
Cons
They just don't seem to care about it's costumer base. With unlimited access to new users through the social networking giants, they lack a need for costumer retention or satisfaction. (as of yet anyways)
Summary
I have personally used about seven or eight of their products, and with each one, I have encountered problems with playability, loading, in game monetary items (cash, coins, etc.) When I've voiced complaints, either nothing came of it (I've actually lost real money for virtual goods that where never delivered), or my post in their forums where deleted, and quickly.

"They are #1 and know it"
Version: Zynga
Pros
Fun games (Yoville, Cafe World)
Cons
Very little customer support.
Summary
The games I play are very enjoyable. BUT I am having a problem with a part of one that does not affect the actual playing of the game. Despite multiple contacts to Zynga for help, no resolution to my problem has been found. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the game several times per their instructions, submitted several tickets with back up documentation of my problem. From the replies I've received, the customer support staff are not reading my tickets. They only ever suggest the same solution over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over
