I am now on Win 7. Started having problems with this in Vista. All of a sudden it can't find my Canon SD500 after years of OK with XP. Support not there. I am migrating to the HP photo management stuff and kissing this goodbye. It WAS very intuitive and easy to use, but if it can't see my camera what the H good is it??? I am outta here.
