Version: Zoom Player Standard 4.03
Pros: its small and really does play a long list of streaming media's and video's ..so i recommend this player especially to people who like small programs use this along with quintessential for audio and you're good to go
Cons: none.. i dont use it for audio and i dont have a dvd drive so im good

Version: Zoom Player Standard 4.03
Pros: Great!! Installs easy, lots of features and options, although that can be seen as a negative as well. Easy to use. Slim and unbloated. Does not connect to the net like Windows Media Player does. Customizable fonts.
Cons: Can be a bit intimidating to the non-power user. Great for video but not for music (for music I suggest Foobar2000). Lack of skins. Icons are ugly. Interface and default skins are kinda ugly too.

"Simplest player with equalizer."
Pros: Have all the features as a player. Work 99% of the time.
Cons: Hard to up the volume.

"Said I could play DVD's, Can't. Must buy Pro"
Pros: It was small and was quick to uninstall.
Cons: I downloaded this software because it said it was A. Free B. Can play DVD's.
Well it can't. You have to pay 18 British Pounds in order to buy Pro version to play DVD's. Plus it wanted me to install a ton of codecs from all over the place so it can play them. Not a all in one package and can be confusing for novices going to 30 different places to download codecs for everything.
