    "Went from the best firewall on the net to absolute CRAP"

    Pros

    Zone alarm used to be an amazing product. I've been a loyal customer for years, and bought the full version on 2 computers.

    Cons

    ZoneAlarm has done an abrupt 180 and is now what everyone savy about applications hates. The install takes over your system, asks misleading questions, does not uninstall completely (made zone alarm my default search provider and doesn't allow changes, I'm going to have to re-install the OS).

    Remember the days of Real Player. You'd get some real networks video you really wanted to see and you dreaded the install because it would take over your system and you'd have to spend over an hour getting it out. Well that's what Zone alarm is now. DON'T INSTALL IT!!

    Summary

    Zone Alarm went from the best personal firewall available to what every savy computer owner hates! DON'T INSTALL IT or you will regret it.

    I'm telling 20 friends, please heed.
