Version: ZoneAlarm 6.5.722
"A firewall that blocks it all"
Pros: It's good because this firewall generally blocks everything. It blocks Pings, hacks... and lets your applications -- only if you press allow. YOu can set a choice of options:
1. allow access to intranet (access>trusted)
2. allow access to internet (access>Internet)
3. allow computers to connect from intranet (server>trusted)
4. allow computers to connect from internet (server>internet)
Cons: It blocks FTP and some feautures. This only happens with Zone Alarm Free and sometimes happens with paid versions if you don't unblock port 21.

Go to "ShieldsUp" and do their test. You will find like I did that it doesn't block Pings.
