"Keep version 9.0.114"
Version: ZoneAlarm Pro 2010 9.1.008
Pros
1.) ZAP is really excellent in general!
2.) Easy to setup!
3.) All ports are "stealth". Excellent!Cons
1.) Some versions of ZAP are useless!
2.) In this version the C:\Windows\Internet Logs\tvDebug.log is increasing uncontrollably fast!
3.) The support is never replying to answers any longer! Hiding!
4.) Provides no email address any longer!Summary
I have used ZAP since its beginning! Really good, but when you have a good version, be prepared to go back to it, because the next versions might be unusable in many senses. (It seems, that new versions are not at all tested prior to issuing). v. 9.0.114.000 is execellent! I updated to v. 9.1.008, it worked OK, until I found that the file: C:\Windows\Internet Logs\tvDebug.log was increasing in size very fast. At boot time, I could delete the file, but after using my computer for 3 minutes, the file had increased to approx. 200 MB. So I have now gone back to v. 9.0.114.000, that is great! Maybe I will keep it for years, even if many new versions are issued, until a new excellent version will suddenly appear. We users are test rabbits! So v.9.1.008 I give only one star, but v. 9.0.114.000 I gave 5 stars!

"Does the Job"
Version: ZoneAlarm Pro 2010 9.1.008
Pros
Excellent stand-alone Monitors incoming and out going activity Blocks most malicious attacks
Cons
Does not play well with others-If you use Kaspersky or Bitdefender, there always seem to be issues involving ZAP
Summary
I've used it on other computers since around '01, Never had severe attack. On one new system that came with McAFee "total protection" let in Virtumonde Trojan. I got rid of it with MBAM and put on Kaspersky & ZAP. No problems since then.
