    "good firewall"

    Pros

    catches most unauthorized call-outs.

    Cons

    "identity and data" setting often reverts to off, and needs to be rechecked daily.

    Summary

    I've been using Zone Alarm for several years. In the past I experienced a lot of conflicts and crashes, however, the newer updates seem to be better with less hangs.
