"an annoyance to offices"
...bad execution of the idea. Their sales people are pushy and most aren't very knowledgeable. On the initial call, the guy was here for ten minutes. By the time he left, I thought he was with Baptist Hospital. He never told me the name of the company and just asked me questions like, "Would you like to make your job easier?" Abysmal. What I REALLY don't like is when an office tells them "no" they ask if there are any other doctors we know of in the area who may be interested. If you tell them of any, they go to that doctors office and tell them, "Dr. So-and-So's office wanted me to stop by here and let you know about our product. They thought it'd be good for your office..." They're shady. I don't like their tactics.
