"NO PATIENTS....BEWARE!!!"
Version: ZocDoc
Pros
Have nothing good to say. Bad experience all around.
Cons
*Collect $3000 up front
*Locked into contract
*Patients cancel/fall through (flaky)
*No follow-up done by ZOC DOCSummary
If we could do it all over again, we would NOT have signed up with ZOCDOC. This was the worst decision financially we could have made. Dental marketing is difficult and so a alot of times we try things to help build patient base but this is by far a bad decision. Now we are locked in for 1 year.

"No Clients"
Version: ZocDoc
Pros
Looks good
Cons
No clients produced. Very mean-legal;istic about cancellation policy. Not cost effective for the Doctors office. 99% of patients find us by other means, this sight has insufficient traction to justify the fees.
Summary
From the doctors viewpoint: just don't do it. A great idea, but still too few users by far.

"an annoyance to offices"
Version: ZocDoc
Pros
Good idea...
Cons
...bad execution of the idea. Their sales people are pushy and most aren't very knowledgeable. On the initial call, the guy was here for ten minutes. By the time he left, I thought he was with Baptist Hospital. He never told me the name of the company and just asked me questions like, "Would you like to make your job easier?" Abysmal. What I REALLY don't like is when an office tells them "no" they ask if there are any other doctors we know of in the area who may be interested. If you tell them of any, they go to that doctors office and tell them, "Dr. So-and-So's office wanted me to stop by here and let you know about our product. They thought it'd be good for your office..." They're shady. I don't like their tactics.

"ZocDoc Fustration"
Version: ZocDoc
Pros
It's free for patients to sign up and there's an app for that.
Cons
-Appoinments fall through (I would double check after the confirmation email for it to be truly confirmed)
-Doctors are made to pay hundreds of dollars monthly for subscription for this service.Summary
On the patient side, its somewhat ok.
On the doctor's side, it's total fustration. Some practices even have to hire a staff just for checking up with zoc doc. It needs to be revised. -
"Never had an appointment"
Version: ZocDoc
Pros
Shows all doctors in your area
Cons
I made an appointment to take my daughter to a doctor on DocZoc website Appointment was confirmed. Waited a week for the appointment and found out that the appointment was never made when we went to the office, they had no record of us having an appointment. Horrible just happy it was not an emergency
Summary
I will not use them again, I can find my own physicians and their reviews online myself at least I know when I make an appointment I will actually have one.

"Review from an Urgent Care Center"
Version: ZocDoc
Pros
Easy to use and has an IPhone ap for it.
Delivers the younger patient crowdCons
ZocDoc said we'd benefit hugely since we're open 12 hrs day, 7 days week. Reality is system won't recognize working weekends & holidays. We enter weekends & holidays and schedule mysteriously disappears later. ZocDoc suggested we need more training.
Summary
System is built on an 8-5, M-F schedule. If that fits your practice and you want to attract the younger patient, go for it. If you are an urgent care center with weekend and holiday hours, don't expect it to work for those days.

"Don't use this feature!!!!!!! Dosn't work at all!!"
Version: ZocDoc
Pros
It was easy to find dentists. You can see reviews, profiles, pictures, and even book appointments with ease. But it was too good to be true. I dont think the reviews are real anyway. I used this to set up an appointment with a dentist.
Cons
I got a appointment confirmation via email. When I went to the dentist she never even had me on schedule. She had no idea I was comming. And there is no way for me to close the acccount. They keep sending me emails and won't let me usubscribe.
