Pros: Its free.
It mimics the XP look and feel to a T.
Comes with skinning support.
Supports reading any archive under the sun, including RedHat RPM, Mac SQX, Quake 1/2/3/4 PAK, Linux BZIP, RAR, ACE, 7Zip, TAR, Java JAR.
It supports creation of a lot of archive types: ZIP, RPM, 7ZIP, TAR, Frontpage Web Packages?????????? ***?!!!!! FWP!!!!!. LOL...quite the "***" factor with FWP.
It lets you customize every bit of the interface.
Has a tool to export arhive information to file: TXT, CSV, HTML or XML file :). That is more than WinRAR gives you!
The interface for viewing archive contents is top notch.
It includes all your standard WinRAR functions, like create SFX, split archive into volumes (which, mind I note, presents the options in a very colorful way easy for determining what size volumes you want...a much better interface than WinRAR's), password protection, encryption and decryption, archive repair, etc.
You can download PLUGINS!!!! There are maybe 5 or 6 available on the homepage, all of which are quite useful.
Integrates Windows XP's built in CD burning tool very well.
Cons: It doesn't support creation of ACE or RAR. They might have to take the route of TUGZip and build plugins which will take the winrar and winace exe files to create ACE and RAR.
Would be nice if it could become a bit like UltraISO and support reading of cd images...however there is a plugin on the website which lets you convert a ZIP image to an ISO, so I would presume this program can read ISO cd image files.

Pros: Descent user interface and controls, and solid compression capabilities makes this software one of the best.

Cons: Is a little slower than we wished while compacting but is free.

Pros: FREE! It works with: ZIP, CZIP, EXE (ZIP SFX), JAR, DSFZ, BSZ, SXW, SXI, SXC (OpenOffice.org 1.x documents), OOT (OpenOffice.org 2.x documents), TAR, TAR.GZ, TAR.BZ2, TAZ, TGZ, ISO, NRG, CMI, WAL, WMZ and much more files!
The best, 100% FREE, no popups, no spywares/adwares, no banners, no "register now" request (like winzip and win rar), it also remebers the last folder you exctract the files. Easy use, skins featured. It is available in English and Italian by defoult, but you can download a Language pack with Spanish, Polish, Japanese, German, Chinese and Swedish.
Have i sad it is FREE? No crackz or serialz needed!

Pros: It handles the files pretty well and compresses them slightly faster than others and does a good job of intergrating, supports enough formats for me atleast, the interface is easy to use, I dont believe it's as bloated as some others
