Version: Zip Express 1.0.1
"90MB archive.... still opening"
Pros: on my Mac core duo I tried to open 90MB zip file. still opening... 100% cpu utilization. Looks like software is not working at all.
www . x2digital . net is dead (at the time of writing).
Same 90MB archive opens in my favorite Zipeg applications in less than a second!
10MB download for non-working application? Zipeg is 2MB and working.

Version: Zip Express 1.0.1
"Looks like a Windows port with all function buttons on the window bar."
Pros: Did not test unzipping function for a lack of any ZIP archives on my HD.
Nevertheless, the directory dialog appears when the "Open" button is clicked.
Cons: The "Add" button did not work.
Neither did dragging a file to the window add that file to the archive.
This is on a month old 17" Intel-based iMac running Tiger 10.4.9.
Clicking the "Close" button had no effect but the "Exit" button does work.

Version: Zip Express 1.0.1
Pros: I was able to use a preexisting zip file from Stuffit, which account expired already, and delete and add files in it.
Cons: I wasn't able to create a new zip file.
Summary: The interface is easy to use, and it's pretty self-explanatory. However, I am at loss for how to use the software to create new zip files and couldn't find directions. This may be because it's not working properly. read more
