"Zinio for MAC and iPad fails, fails fails"

Inconsistent. Unreliable, won't load new content, help is hopeless, fixes don't work. I am fed up with Zinio now. I used to like it, but am giving up !!!!

"Good Idea, Terrible implementation"

Pros
This is the older version of their software. It worked well, and allowed you to save files locally with recognizable filenames.
Cons
They discontinued this old version, very sad. The new version is based on Adobe AIR, and it STINKS. It is slower, does not work as well, saves magazines in many small pieces, and uses unrecognizable names for directories, so you don't know what is where. Typical Adobe arrogance. Take a good technology, make is slow and pathetic, charge lots for it.

Software does not work. Zinio support consists of people that tell you that it is all your fault, just follow these three pages of instructions on how to reinstall, and reinstall and reinstall.

I tried this with Motor Trend, and am glad that I also get it in the snail mail. The Zinio just shows the front page and nothing else. -

Have used for approx. 18 months with my Popular Science & PC subscriptions-software is always better from month to month-intuitive-I like it!
