"GREAT PRODUCT !!!"
Version: Zamzar
Pros
This is really a great program. Almost makes me want to sign up for a account even though I don't do that many conversions. So easy to use even a caveman can do it !!
Cons
I'm using it for free so why should I complain?

"Files stay online only 1 day!"
Version: Zamzar
Pros
Seems to have ability to convert a lot of file types
Cons
The file stays on their server for only 24 hours. Why don't they just email the file to you?
Summary
I submitted the file for conversion. It said I'd get an email quickly with the converted file. I gave up waiting for the email and went to bed. Got home from work today and saw the email. Expected the file to be attached to the email but instead there was a link to it. Clicked on the link and it said the file stays on their server only 1 day and was already expired. Give me a break - this isn't a service - its a farce.

"Where Vixy fails this triumphs"
Version: Zamzar
Pros
It converts youtube vids perfectly, it's free and easy to use. Simply follow the prompts and it sends a link to your email, click on the link and download the converted file - easy!
Cons
Uses like 45MB per video clip conversion. Have to wait like half an hour to download converted video from your email for free version but only takes about 5 min with paid version.

"Suspicious process"
Version: Zamzar
Cons
Takes you to a link that let's upload the file you want transferred-- BUT, it asks for your e-mail address, and when you read the terms and conditions, it says you are agreeing to have your PayPal account charged the monthly fees. Nowhere does it say what the fees are. How exactly is this freeware?
