Cons: AS far as I know an Icon shouldn't be displayed as a full screen image when drawing

"If it was the last program on earth..."
Cons: It's mostly not English, and the interface is too unadvanced. You might as well make icons in paint and get a converter. Hit the BACK button and find a better Icon tool. If it was the last program on earth, I'd use it...but it's not.

Pros: - Drawing icons is nice and easy.
- Good selection of sample icons.
- Easy to get other images into it.
Cons: - It only appears to work with 32x32 pixel icon images. If you want to produce a 16x16 for your "favicon.ico", forget it.
- The default language on install is French. There is an option to select English. It still leaves some items in French but you don't need to be a rocket scientist to workout what its tellin you.

Pros: There aren't any as I couldn't use it.
Cons: The entire thing is in French and I can't change the language even though it asks you if you want to use English when installing.

Pros: The french menus are fairly straightforward. It's the same File, Edit, Help menus you find in every other app. If you can't figure out what one of the twelve menu items mean, you can easily babelfish it. All the editing tools are icons only.
Oh, and the uninstall works! That's a pro.
Cons: You can't open image files to make icons out of. It let's you pretend you can, but you can't. This is not an icon editor; it is a pixel level paint program. (Think 1986 era macintosh software)
