Cons
Installs a range of spyware, coupon companion and facebook spyware, even if you cleverly DISAGREE and DE-SELECT little tickboxes etc... at install. Thank Allah, and GOD that I created a restore point before install, so I can simply roll back to before as I am sure it will have hooked into some backend settings making it hard to uninstall.

Took over my Firefox settings, new search engine and layout, couldn't get rid of the search engine and had to reinstall FF now using the new shiddy version of it but at least rid of ZC con.

Fairly intuitive interface.

Unless you buy it, it is crippleware.
It isn't evident until you convert a lengthy video
and find that it only converted half!
Kinda useless... would be better to only allow one file to convert in a session, or limit the total number of conversions, NOT by days of use, however, as I sometimes install the software and don't get around to testing it for a week!

tried to dwnld one day, forgot to hold ctrl key, ad killer killed it, new window opened said thx for dwnlding. but it didn't happen. today survey comment e-mail came, it said if you need to re-dwnld again click here. so i held ctrl key & clicked here. went to web site, held ctrl key while clicking dwnld button. held whole time, new window frame opens in back of current window frame, ok must be done. new frame says thx for dwnlding. so did search of system, program is not found. can't try it, if can't dwnld it. how can i be fair about the star rating you force me to give before i can submit comment?
