Video and audio quality is very poor. I downloaded several versions and got the same results. Audio skips like a scratched record. Video quality is awful.
Tech support is equally poor.
Money back guarantee is a joke.Summary
This program is awful, do not even give it a second look.
I was very disappointed in the program and equally disappointed in the company. The product advertises that it does one thing and it does not do that well. There is no way to get phone support, email support arrives in the middle of the night in broken English. The only "support" i got was to try downloading a newer version, which I had already done and which worked no better.
Fortunately, I purchased with PayPal so I did not lose money. The cost was not the issue but the poor results and poor customer service made it worh it to me to pursue a refund.
I went with the new version of Nero for a few dollars more and there is no comparison. -

This burner will convert and burn my avi files but the disks it burns willonly play on my computer. they will not play on my dvd/vhs player. no stars.

Very simple to handle for a person like me, who is a confused beginner in the "Burning World".

So far... Nothing.
Summary
I must say that I?m speechless. As a beginner I?ve been testing zillions of burning and converting software. At last I?ve found something that really works. Something that transform my *.avi files to something that I can use with my DVD-player and enjoy in my TV-sofa. Very simple to use and the results are splendid. Thumbs up for you ZC Software!

the program is very easy to use. you can batch as many movies you can fit on the dvd depending on the size of the movie or movies. No loss in quality of the movies when finished.
Cons
But... I found that if i do anything else on my cpu while the program is running, I will create drink coasters. 700mb could take about 40minutes. A fully packed dvd will take about double that.
