"Quickly becomes helpful, but takes getting used to."

Pros
Once you get how it works, it helps you get to the bottom of your project, and get it done. You need to read the help file. The reminders can be used independently as a basic planning tool.
Cons
Missing a couple major features to truly be a project management app. Then again, those cost big money and this one is free.

Summary
First, I give this person credit for writing an application and releasing it as freeware. I applaud that and don't want to rip the author in this review. That being said, this program is REALY rough around the edges. It probably accomplishes the end goal, but it's simply not finished yet. I would classify this as an alpha release at best. With more work put into it, this could be a really useful piece of software, but it's really rough.

"DO NOT UNINSTALL"

Summary
I downloaded the program, it wasn't exactly what I was looking for so I decided to uninstall. While uninstalling, the program says that it will delete important files needed for the operating system ( win 2000 pro )and it did. I had to format my harddrive because the system was not operating properly and crashing all the time. I could not say if the program was good, maybe it is BUT do not uninstall.
