"I found it worthless."
Pros
Good if you want a highest possible bitrate of 192kbps... in the Ogg Vorbis format! It is a clean download and easy to use; it's just that. . .
Cons
The [current] highest possible bitrate of MP3 files is a whopping 64kbps. Unless you're going to download white noise, who wants that? It seems almost pointless to put out an MP3 converter that's only capable of 64kbps, and that's why, for me, it was worthless.
Summary
For me, with these YouTube to MP3 converters, the singlemost important aspect is the sound quality of the MP3 file it puts out. If the program cannot put out a file that's at least the same sound quality of the file originally uploaded, then I will skip it. I wasted time by downloading this, simply because it DOES NOT say in the description what the output quality is (which is probably why they omitted it from the description). Yes, I know this program is free, but come on; 64kbps?! If you want an easy to use program that does just what it says with no bells and whistles, yet you don't care about sound quality, then this is a decent download.
