I paid and got no product and no refund.

When I ordered and paid for the full version instead of immediate access to the program I got a note indicating they would provide in in 48 hours. Since I had a pressing need for it, I canceled the order and requested a refund. They responded with a refusal e-mail - no explanation, no product. These people are criminals. DO NOT LET THEM HAVE YOUR INFORMATION!

Doesn't convert videos to a format viewable by any common video player.
Summary
POS. I have four different types of players, including WMP and VLC, to view video files. Only one of them (a video converter) would play it and it played at a rediculously slow speed. This video, a streaming clip of about an hour's length also was converted to a size of about two and a half gigs which also seems a bit large

I like the product., The screens look really nice. ....but I just went with TubeSucker instead. I ended up buying their turbo version . It has a lot of features this one does not have. plus the free version can do what this one does.

You can only convert one file at a time so if you have sevearl parts in flv format you can't combine them
