I don't understand why u hav to undergo authentication. I don't sense it. I don't know what to put on the username and password. I tried my youtube username and password but nothing happened. Don't waste your time with this stupid software. Hey, whose that cnet reviewer?????!!!! you're of no help. Actually, i don't wanna rate this stupid software, but i can't erase the star.. hehehe.

no problem downloading and converting BUT the next youtube video I downloaded and converted erased the previous one. I tried a couple more times and gave up. I have yet to find a converter that actually 100% works.
