From Yasasoft :Yasa Audio/Data/Video CD Burner burns audio CDs, data CDs, and video CDs. It can burn audio CDs from MP3 and WAV files, create ISO image files, and burn most CD image formats, including ISO, BIN, IMG, and NRG. The application rips music from audio CDs and lets you make your own VCDs or SVCDs from your favorite MPEG files without temporary files, so you can enjoy them on television.
Version 4.3.9 supports burning CD/DVD image files to DVD-R/RW and to DVD+R/RW.

"VCD? Doesn't even play in DVD players"
Pros: Looks nice
Easy to use
Cons: I have a brand new standalone DVD burner for my TV, which plays VCDs. This program doesn't really create VCDs! I tried playing them on my computer and my DVD player, and neither worked.
The other bad thing is the limit should have been for a few days, not by file size.
