Version: Yakoon 2.0.0.210
"The worst support i'd ever seen in my whole life"
Pros: It used to be a vevy good service .. now its awful
Cons: They do not respect their customers .. very late support.
Summary: this is on of the messages that i got from their support "For Egypt we don't have other options atm. " this was a reply for my e-mail to them asking them to fix one of their features which is checking the status of the SMS. but no use . now i have all the messages failed and they deduct credits from balance without sending the SMSs.
Am really upset.
