    "Easy to use! Pretty reliable"

    Pros

    Easy to use. Love the avatars. I have my entire family, friends, and co-workers on my Yahoo IM. Great for work.

    Cons

    Loads slow at startup. Seems to hog system resources.

    Summary

    I wish they would come out with a lite version. Seems either have some sort of memory leak or a program that requires a huge amount of system resources to run. Other than those two items, I love it! Great for work, tied into everything I do on Yahoo!

    I forgot to mention that I have been using Yahoo IM for 6+ years. And it get better everytime they release something.
