    "Version 3.9 failed"

    Pros

    It's free for the basic program.

    Cons

    The version 3.8 actually worked but when I upgraded to 3.9, it will no longer download without a fail code. Their tech support is 100%
    non existent only with automated responses on how to solve the problem. In other words, you
    are on your own.

    Summary

    Don't bother wasting your time since they will
    not support the product.
