XtraHotKeys allows you to define any key of your keyboard or multimedia keyboard as hotkey. You can use many functions, e.g. you can control WinAMP and other players, you can control computer or launch programs.

Pros
I've been using this program for quite a while now since this is the only free hotkey program I've found that works with my multimedia keyboard buttons.
Cons
As said before, this program is unstable. It will stop responding whenever one of the following happens: either Windows key is pressed (!), a program has an illegal operation, or the user presses control-alt-delete. When this happens, you can shut down and restart the program.
