"Easy to use basic imageviewer with a set of basic tools"
Pros: easy to use, handles most file types, good viewing flexibility, decent (remember it is free) conversion tools. It really handles most of the functions that you used to have to pay $40-50 for and that makes it a great piece of software.
Cons: no real complaints
Summary: I Didn't have to read a manual to use it, and all the basic functions are here....and it doesn't blow up if you slap it around a bit.... read more

"Free but Excellent Photo Viewer and Editor"
Pros: Free, fast, never crashes, very easy to use, customizeable
Cons: Not A single con.

"Very good. I found it years ago can convert C= 64 to PC"
Pros: Scans, Crops, Resize, Lots of things like that. Put photos side by side in one. Only thing it don't have is making new photos. But can do a lot to ones all ready.
Cons: Can't make photos in it. But that's good because it's simple.
Summary: It's free and very easy to use and can convert between 100's of photo formats. Be it even from a old commodore 64 to .jpg or about any thing. read more
